The WBRC frequently hosts and/or organizes opportunities for businesswomen seeking to grow their business network. These sessions help entrepreneurs exchange business referrals, identify potential partnerships, and build invaluable long-term relationships.

Peer-to-Peer Mentorship

One of the WBRC's current programs under development is the entrepreneur mentorship program. Business mentors provide the day-to-day guidance and entrepreneurial experience that is developed outside of the classroom. Mentor-mentee pairs are facilitated through the Center, and pairs are given the opportunity to network independently to build a trusted, long-term relationship.

Stakeholder services

WBRC stakeholder offer services and programs to help members enhance their businesses through pop-ups and workshops at the Center. One example of this is the Mama Bank's Finance Friday monthly pop-up teller that supports women trying to open bank accounts and addresses questions regarding their accounts.​

Office Space / Business Incubation

The WBRC offers its space and resources to women entrepreneurs looking for a place to grow their businesses. Members of the WBRC are able to rent office spaces and a private board room when available at the Center. Through renting an office space, members may also have access to a laptop, printing/copying, and free internet.

Childcare Services

Childcare services are offered at the WBRC so that women with children are not excluded from the Centre's resources. A childcare room and caretaker are available for all women to place their children ages 3 to 15 during workshops on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and upon advance request while using the Centre's office spaces for members. All childcare booking requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Childcare services are free for WBRC members and K5 for non-members.

24 Hour Security

The WBRC is a safe space in the community for women seeking to access the Centre's services. The 24-hour onsite security service and clean facility provide the ideal environment for women entrepreneurs seeking to work and to learn in a comfortable environment.
